Each Cremona violin is crafted from the finest materials and mated with the crafting ability of skilled luthiers. Finding an all solid, hand-carved, violin outfit using premium aged, flamed and book-matched woods has been unheard of until now. Now thanks to Saga, the SV-1240 is an amazing instrument that all can afford. The Cremona SV-1240 features a solid hand carved and graduated spruce top with a two piece, solid flecked flamed maple back and flamed maple sides! Each SV-1240 has a hand inlaid ebony purfling and an elegant vintage look and feel. The SV-1240 from Cremona comes complete with a Travelight TL-35 suspension case and a J. LaSalle LB-19 brazilwood bow!

These violins are carefully adjusted and set-up here at our shop before they are shipped out. We adjust the height at the bridge and at the nut, and we tighten and tune the strings to pitch. The violin will arrive with the bridge set-up and the strings in tune.
We rosin and check the bow so that it is ready to play right out of the case.
